Dalmatian Design really needed to know much more about its current clients’ perception of the service they received and also what potential clients wanted from a website, who they currently used and why. MATER mailed a customer satisfaction survey to all clients and another to potential clients - the information gained was a revelation – and just goes to show that if you don’t ask, you won’t know!
